The continuity of service for process water production can no longer be guaranteed due to a system failure, and production security is called into question. The process water feeds a boiler, so very high quality water is required. The customer asked AQUAPROX if an urgent solution could be found to supply their process water tank.

AQUAPROX Mobile Services was able to respond to the customer’s urgent request by setting up a 10 m3/h osmosis water production unit in a very short space of time. This fully automated, remote-controlled solution guarantees continuity of process water production service without the need for additional human intervention.
In single-pass mode, this unit produces osmosis water of sufficient quality to supply the boiler while work is carried out on the customer’s plant.
