As part of the annual cider-making campaign, the effluent discharge load is too high for their current treatment system. To avoid non-compliance with current discharge standards, the cooperative wishes to reduce the COD load of their first treatment lagoon.

AQUAPROX Mobile Services was able to respond to the customer’s request by renting a mobile containerized unit for a limited period, enabling the customer to cope with the heavy effluent load during their cider production campaign. The project consists of a 15 to 20 m3/h dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit, to be commissioned within a short timeframe.
This fully-automated, remotely-controlled dissolved-air flotation solution guarantees continuity of effluent treatment service (in compliance with current regulations) without the need for additional human intervention. This flexible, compact solution offers customers all the peace of mind and technical support they need to devote themselves fully to their core business of cider production.
